Even a "minor" fender-bender can leave your neck, back, or spine hurting — and after a crash, that pain often doesn't show up until days or weeks later, once the adrenaline wears off. The sooner you're checked, the better for your recovery, and for any claim. We'll find what the accident did and help you heal.
An adult recovering well, or a calm adjustment in progress — warm, reassuring.
Dr. Andrew with an adult patient — attentive, unhurried, taking the time.
In the moment, adrenaline masks a lot. Plenty of people walk away from a collision feeling shaken but basically okay — then wake up two days later with a stiff, aching neck, a sore back, or headaches that weren't there before. Whiplash especially has a habit of arriving late.
That delay is exactly why getting checked matters, even if you feel alright. A crash can jolt your spine and nervous system in ways you won't feel right away. Catching it early usually makes it simpler to address.
A car accident can affect more than what's sore. Like any injury, the only way to know what's really going on is to look.
Digital X-rays and INSiGHT scans show how the accident affected your spine and nervous system — including the kind of strain that hasn't started hurting yet. We document all of it, clearly.
Gentle, instrument-assisted adjustments with Torque Release Technique help restore the motion and alignment a crash disrupts — low-force and precise, easy on a body that's just been through a jolt.
From there, a recovery plan for the whole picture — adjustments, Shockwave Therapy for strained soft tissue, and guidance as you heal — aimed at a full recovery, not just enough to get by.
A crash strains both joints and soft tissue. Your plan can address both, at a pace your body can handle.
Our core approach. Torque Release Technique restores the motion and alignment a collision knocks out of place — a gentle, low-force adjustment, never a forceful crank on a freshly injured neck or back.
Our techniqueWhiplash and crash strains leave muscle and soft tissue inflamed and slow to heal. Focused Shockwave Therapy (PiezoWave) uses gentle acoustic waves to help that tissue recover — added when it's the right fit.
Shockwave therapy"I started seeing Dr. Andrew after a car accident and could barely turn my neck. Just 2 months later, I'm back to regular workouts! I cannot recommend this office enough. Everyone is super friendly and they will explain all of the scans to you so you understand. It was an unfortunate reason that I started going to the chiropractor, but I'm so glad to have found them."
"Landmark has helped me so much since my accident. On top of their wonderful service they are so welcoming. Love them!"
"Dr. Andrew has helped me out so much with my bad back. I used to get hip pain on long drives and neck pain. Now I very rarely experience any of that, if I ever do! Worth the visit every time."
No surprises, no pressure. Here's how your first visit unfolds — and why we don't rush it.
A full health history — what happened in the accident, what's hurting since (and what isn't, yet), what makes it better or worse, and what you want to get back to. We listen first. No script, no rush.
A structural and nervous-system exam with our INSiGHT scan, plus digital X-rays when appropriate — so we find the real source of your pain, not just where it hurts.
We sit down and walk through what we found in plain language, then build a care plan around your goals — the next step is always yours.
Day 1 is the evaluation — not the adjustment. Plan for about an hour. Any care begins at a follow-up, once you've seen the findings and decided what's right for you.
It's a good idea. After a crash, adrenaline can hide an injury for days or even weeks, and problems like whiplash often show up late. A prompt evaluation catches anything early — when it's usually simpler to address — and gives you a clear record from the start.
As soon as you reasonably can. Getting evaluated early gives your recovery a head start and keeps the documentation clean if there's a claim. That said, it's not too late if it's been a while. Come in whenever you're ready and we'll start from where you are.
Yes — auto-injury cases are common for us. We document our findings and your care thoroughly, and we're glad to coordinate with your attorney or auto insurer. Bring what you have to your first visit — claim number, adjuster or attorney contact — and we'll set things up correctly.
We're careful with a recently injured body. Torque Release Technique is gentle and low-force, delivered with a small instrument rather than a forceful twist, and we go at a pace your body can handle — sometimes easing in before any adjusting at all. If something isn't appropriate yet, we won't do it. More about the technique.
We accept BCBS, Medicare, and United Healthcare, and we offer cash-pay and care plans too. Not sure whether you're covered? Call us at (254) 265-7007 and we'll check before your visit.
No referral needed — you can book directly. Just complete your new patient paperwork ahead of time and bring your ID and insurance card.
No. After your first visit we'll recommend a plan based on what we find and what you want to achieve — and the decision is always yours. Some people come in to get out of pain and feel like themselves again; others choose to keep up with care to stay that way. There's never any pressure.
